PAY GAP

The gender pay gap measures the difference between men and women’s average pay within an organisation regardless of their role or work level. Gender pay is different to equal pay, which compares the pay of men and women who perform the same role, or roles of equal value.
 
We’ve grown very quickly, and we are already a diverse place to work but we know we can do more. Developing our inclusive culture is a key priority for the entire Steer management team and I’m committed to delivering positive change for all our colleagues, that will allow us to build on our success moving forward.
