FAQs

  • How long should it take to repair my car?

There are many factors that affect the time it takes to repair accident damage, from the type of car to parts availability, but typically most accident repairs are completed within seven to ten days.

  • Will my insurance company definitely pay for the repair?

Insurers will undertake an accident repair assessment before agreeing to a repair, therefore it is essential that you speak to your insurer before commissioning any body repairs.
  • Will I be able to tell that the car has been repaired?

Our technicians pride themselves on delivering a factory finish, every time.
  • Do I have to remove all my belongings from the car?

All our premises are secured at night and only authorised personnel are allowed into the body shops, but we always recommend that personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before you drop off the keys.
  • Do you clean the car after the repair?

Yes, every vehicle receives a comprehensive valet inside and out after every repair.
  • Will you collect the car if it is undriveable?

We have our own recovery vehicles and can collect your car if it is undriveable. Typically this is agreed with your insurer prior to collection.
