We're pleased to announce that Steer Automotive Group has been recognised in the UK's Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2026, placing 81st in this year's rankings.
As one of the largest employers of apprentices in the automotive repair industry, we're passionate about developing the next generation of skilled professionals and future proofing our industry. This recognition reflects the efforts of our apprentices, mentors and expert-led training team, who work together to build real opportunities and careers.
With the Steer Academy and Gemini Training programme coming together as the Steer Training Academy, we’re looking forward to building on this success and continuing to grow one of the strongest apprenticeship programmes in the sector, whilst continuing to invest in learning, development and career progression for our colleagues.
We're especially proud of this recognition as one of only five automotive businesses to feature in the Top 100 this year, and the only automotive repair business.
